Pleated panel pre filter

1. Features:
Pleated panel pre filter is mainly used in pre filtering of purification air condition systems in order to filter the air dust and suspended substance which is above 1--5μm. The filter efficiency is above 30% and 40%@≥1μm (counting method) or Europe specification standard G3-G4. Frame: cardboard, galvanized panel, aluminum material; Filter media: non-woven filter cloth, polypropylene fiber filter media. As pleated panel pre filter, the air outtake side is with galvanized mesh which is made into corrugation shape in order to increase the filter media area and maintain the filter media shape. Pleated panel pre filter is with strengths of firm structure, light weight, general usage, convenient installation etc.

3. Replace time
Upon the rated air flow, the Pleated Panel Pre filter should be replaced after 2 to 3 months. Or when the resistance of Pleated Panel Pre filter is up to 250 Pa, the filter should be replaced. If the filter media is washable in the filter, the filter media should be replaced after being washed by clean water or with neutral detergent. The maximum times of being washed should be twice before the new filter is replaced. However, as the dust content is high is the operating environment, the operating life of the Pleated Panel Pre filter will be decreased.
4. Usage attention items:
Pleated panel pre filters should be checked regularly for the condition of sundries block and the breakage of the filter media. The substance blocking the filter surface should be removed. If the filter media surface is broken seriously, the new filter media should replace the broken one and the new filter should be reinstalled. When installed, the sealing between the filter frame and press margin should be assured in order to avoid the air leakage. The surface of filter cannot be hit or filter media surface cannot be draught heavily.
Medium efficiency pocket filter

Medium efficiency pocket filter is mainly used in final filtering of purification air condition systems in order to pre filter the air dust and suspended substance which is above 1μm. The filter efficiency is above 50% and 99%@≥1μm (counting method) or Europe specification standard F5-F9. Frame: galvanized panel, aluminum material; Filter media: polypropylene fiber filter media and fiberglass material. As pocket filter, the filter media is made into pockets in order to increase the filter media area and air flow while decreasing the resistance of air flow. Pocket filter is with strengths of firm structure, large air flow, general usage, convenient installation etc.

Deep-pleated HEPA filter is mainly used in final filtering end of purification air condition systems in order to filter the air dust which is above 0.5μm. The filter efficiency is above 99.9% and 99.999%@≥0.5μm (sodium flame) or Europe specification standard H12-H14. Frame: interlayer wood, galvanized panel, aluminum material, stainless steel panel; Filter media: fiberglass material. As Deep-pleated HEPA filter, the filter media is made into pleated as air flow circulation in order to increase the filter media area and air flow while decreasing the resistance of air flow. Deep-pleated HEPA filter is with strengths of firm structure, low resistance, high dust holding, air flow equality, general usage, and convenient installation etc.

Air filter using occasion and filtering range

1.Pre filter
Pre filter is mainly used in the purification air condition system as pre filtration in order to stop the particles in the air. The filter target is the suspended particles which are above 5μm and the sedimentation particles and various substance. The filter media is normally glue-sprayed cotton, polyester non-woven, polypropylene fibre. The filter efficiency is subjected to the particles which are ≥5μm.
2.Medium efficiency filter
As the bigger particles have been stopped by the pre filters. The medium efficiency filters can work as the final filters in the general air condition system and purification air condition system, or the pre filters for HEPA filters. The filter media is normally polyester non-woven, polypropylene fibre and fibreglass.
The suspended particles which are 1—10μm will be mainly stopped. The filter efficiency is subjected to the particles which are ≥1μm.
3.High and medium efficiency filter
High and medium efficiency filters can be the end filters for general purification standard, and the middle filters for HEPA filters as well. The common filter media is polyester non-woven, polypropylene fibre and fibreglass.
The suspended particles which are 1—5μm will be mainly stopped. The filter efficiency is subjected to the particles which are ≥1μm.
4.Sub-HEPA filter
Sub-HEPA filter work as the end filter in Clean Room, pre filter for HEPA filter and end filter for the ventilation system in order to improve the quality of fresh air.
The particles which are 1 μm will be mainly stopped. The filter efficiency is subjected to the particles which are ≥0.5 μm.
5. HEPA filter (ULPA filter)
HEPA filter and ULPA filter are mainly used as the end filters in Clean Room in order to ensure the various cleaness classes.
The filter efficiency is subjected to the particles which are ≥0.5 μm. The filter media is the super-fine fibreglass.
